Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my blog for the
Fusion Bead Challenge and for the wonderful comments!

I'm hoping in the future to show some of my paper beads here. Along with that I have an Art Journaling/Jewelry Design class to put together that I am teaching this summer, which includes basic instruction for the beads. I'm thinking I might put some of the  paper bead instructions on my blog also if there is an interest. They are fairly easy to make, embellishing them is a big part of the fun! If you would like to see some "how to" here please let me know and when I get started on getting my class together (hopefully within the next couple of months) I'll list some instructions then too.

Fusion Bead Challenge

This year has started out to be super busy.  I haven't made it out to the blog much, though I am looking forward to being here more in the future.  On to the challenge...

Thank you again Lorelei this has been another really fun challenge!

The necklace I made I used the Owl clasp from Green Girl Studios.  I added some ribbon along with the green leather cord and ran that through the beads I create. The beads I make are embellished paper beads (hopefully I will be posting more on these in the future.)  As in the other challenges I used seed beads, one of my favorite beads to work with and I also added a few wooden beads.

Sprinkle & Dash

This is the bracelet I made from the beads shown in my first post. I didn't end up using the ribbon shown in the first picture, but added some additional beads instead. I did get somewhat sidetracked with a larger project I've been working on, so I'm not sure how I'd describe this one's look, festive maybe?
